The use of hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and generate novel solutions that result in quantifiable gains.
Hypnosis works by communicating with the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind controls all of the autonomic processes that you don't have to think about. It's where our thoughts, memories and accumulated experience reside. It controls our emotions, our habits and our responses to the world. The conscious mind is more logical, critical and analytical - it's constantly making value judgments.
Hypnosis uses suggestion to guide attention. Hypnosis lets people focus on a single topic like a laser. Hypnosis allows the unconscious mind to make new connections between information and experiences. Hypnosis works by updating the unconscious mind with new and more helpful information, like reprogramming a computer.

Hypnotivity - Finally a Replacement for Brainstorming
You've been there before... "Let's have a brainstorming session."
Businesses are conditioned to use Brainstorming, a 70 year old process, as the only way they know to solve problems and generate ideas. Typically, they end in lists of ideas on flipchart paper that are folded up and put in a drawer somewhere never to be seen again. Welcome to the 21st century methodology for tapping into the creative minds of the people in business idea sessions.
As a hypnotist you can run these sessions with business groups and be seen as a creativity consultant. Now that's where the money is! They love these sessions because they are fun and they generate tons of ideas that are implementable. Plus, they will bring you in to facilitate anytime they want an idea session because they don't know how to do hypnosis. If you are looking to expand your practice don't miss this session.

Creative Problem Solving (CPS)
Creative problem solving is a powerful process for generating novel solutions to existing problems. The process utilizes fundamental principles to creative thinking. It is the fusion of these principles with the principles of hypnosis that allow for the creation of Hypnotivity. Anyone can learn and master these skills.
This workshop provides both the principles and the process through an experiential methodology allowing you to be able to leave and utilize the skills right away. Through practice you will gain mastery.
CPS Facilitation Skills
CPS Facilitation Skills are key to being able to work with groups doing Hypnotivity and Hypnovation sessions. When you run a session, you first teach the principles and then facilitate the process. This allows them to become excellent participants.

You jump right in to the deep end of the pool knowing we are right there if ever needed. You will walk away with an outline for running paid sessions in businesses.
