Hypnosis works by communicating with the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind controls all of the autonomic processes that you don't have to think about. It's where our thoughts, memories and accumulated experience reside. It controls our emotions, our habits and our responses to the world. The conscious mind is more logical, critical and analytical - it's constantly making value judgments.
Hypnosis uses suggestion to guide attention. Hypnosis lets people focus on a single topic like a laser. Hypnosis allows the unconscious mind to make new connections between information and experiences. Hypnosis works by updating the unconscious mind with new and more helpful information, like reprogramming a computer.

Through the most basic use of hypnosis, participants in Hypnotivity sessions open their minds to their creative subconscious. Generating innovative solutions to current challenges.
Curious about Hypnosis? In this session we will explore all the myths and beliefs people have about hypnosis. From therapy sessions to comedy stage shows there are many misunderstandings about it. Once we are clear, everyone will have a chance, if you want, to experience the use of the creative subconscious in a hypnotic state of mind.
We will also explore “Hypnovation” which is a process that is used as a business strategy. A tool that allows an organization to tap into the creative subconscious of the individuals within the organization to find solutions and implement innovation. These sessions can ultimately transform the culture of the organization to one that thinks and behaves as innovators. Belief change and cultural change happen when Hypnovation sessions become a part of the organization’s approach to innovation.
If that is not enough we will also explore Mentalism and it’s links to hypnosis and creativity as a rapport builder. You will walk away with some very fun icebreakers.

ABOUT ME
Frank Prince, author and hypnovation consultant began his professional career with a degree in engineering. After five years of success learning and implementing innovation strategies for Frito Lay and PepsiCo generating $500 million in bottom line profits, he left and focused on Business Innovation and Creativity. This led to over 35 years of consulting work driving results in organizations through innovation. Over the past 15 years Frank has focused on new ways of tapping into the creative subconscious and has created a very powerful strategy utilizing hypnosis. He coined the term “Hypnotivity” as the 21st century replacement to brainstorming. Clients include many Fortune 100 firms including Conde Nast, Media Networks, Procter & Gamble, Perrier, Kellogg, Yahoo, The Star Tribune, Bayer and Nabisco.
